Connection Point Receptionist - Part-Time, Evenings
Position Purpose: Create a great first impression/guest experience for those calling on or walking into Pathway. Support the First Impression Director and the Worship Director with Administrative tasks.
Who: The face of Pathway Church, you’ll make sure that every guest who enters the doors feels seen, heard, and feels God’s love.
Reports To: Director of First Impression
Works closely with: Director of First Impression, Associate Pastor of Worship, Senior Pastor, Connection team members, Connection Point Servants, All Staff
Primary Responsibilities: that takes 80% of your time.
- Warmly welcome everyone who comes into the church
- Answer all incoming calls
- Admin. For the Director of First Impression, other Ministry areas as needed
- Operates Live Chat
- Stock and organize items for Connection Point and Pathway Store
- Manage the square system, generate reports, and generate deposit verifications
