Part-time KidCare Worker

Primary Duties:

KidCare is seeking a fun and energetic person to provide safe care in a faith-based setting for children 12 and under. This would be primarily for the 1st, 3rd, & 5th Wednesday of every month, from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM, for our MOPS small group with the possibility of filling in for other staff members.

Facilities Assistant

Part time hourly, 15-30 hours per week.  Looking for Weekend & Holiday availability  

Purpose: Assist in maintaining church property, ensuring it is clean, professional and safe to utilize in fulfilling the mission of Pathway Church. 

Skills needed:

1. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, stand and work for extended periods
2. Ability to perform routine custodial & maintenance tasks
3. Ability to understand written instructions, such as check lists and room set-up requirements
4. Use carpet shampooer and vacuum
5. Background check required prior to employment
6. HVAC, Plumbing, Carpentry, Electrical, and Janitorial experience highly desired
7. Self-Starter

Essential Functions:

• Resolve any safety matters immediately. Resolve and/or inform the Director of Facilities.
• Checklist of daily tasks, routinely cleaning all areas of the church building.
• Watch for trash and spills, even if not on a daily list, and resolve immediately.
• Inventory cleaning supplies.

Pathway Christian Academy is looking for an after-school teacher for the 2024-2025 school year.  This position is great for a stay at home mom with a two year old through 5 year old. Hours are Monday – Friday 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm.  We follow the BISD calendar and have the same holidays off.  If you would like to teach with a dynamic and fun team, and minister to children,  please send a resume to Kia Hook at Kia@pathway.church. 

Full time Administrative Assistant + 

Key team member, providing admin support to the healing and hospitality side of Pathway. 

Reports directly to the Pastor of Care and works closely with the First Impressions Director and other Pastors providing pastoral care.  The work is hard and rewarding and the staff is fun!

The Student Coordinator is vital in supporting the Director of Student Ministry in preparing, planning, and organizing events and curriculum, coordinating small group leaders, Wednesday (Crew), and Sunday Student Ministry programming. We are looking for someone who has a passion for students and is goal and detail-oriented. They must be highly relational as they help equip our small group leaders to prepare and organize for Crew.
