WHAT WE’RE DOING
Your Pathway Church Execuitive Leadership Team met and updated our Covid protocols based on current trends. Here are the changes you need to know as we move forward:
– Effective today, face masks are optional for all. We will still have new masks available for those who wish to wear them.
– Hand sanitizer stations will continue to be available.
– We will continue our cleaning protocols.
Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns info@pathway.church or give us a call at 817-295-5832
Our plan is to all carry on a bit longer to ensure the safety of all – There is light at the end of the tunnel! Over the last few days, our leadership team has been praying and reflecting on these upcoming changes and how to best respond. All things considered, it is our goal to create a welcoming environment where people feel safe. Right now, all of our Covid policies will stay the same, except we will end temperature checks for servants. Leaders will be required to wear masks, and it is highly recommended for those who come to worship and gather here.
If you have any concerns, please feel free to connect with us.
Safety policies and protocols in place at Pathway:
In response to the COVID-19 situation in the U.S., we are monitoring the situation and standing ready to make recommendations to our staff and servant leaders. We encourage you to stay informed, follow the guidelines set by the local health authority and the Center for Disease Control. We must all do our part to prevent the unintentional spread of the virus by following those guidelines.
The following operational measures have been implemented:
Pathway is asking all servants & staff to review and adhere to CDC recommendations and stay informed: Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS).
We are committed to keeping our campus clean: 1. We will sanitize highly touched surfaces before and after every service such as doors, handles, tables, water fountains, check-in stations, and sinks. 2. Our staff and servant teams will wash their hands frequently and stay home if they are sick. 3. We have provided additional hand sanitizer stations around campus for everyone to use. 4. Deep cleaning throughout the week.
Children’s ministry will be serving snacks that are individually wrapped as a precaution Suggestion: Parents may want to bring their child’s water bottle for small group (refillable water or water bottle).
You are invited to bring your own pen and Bible as to not share any germs.
We are asking you to help stop the spread of the virus in the following ways:
Stay at home when you or a family member are sick.
Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after going to the bathroom, before eating and after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing.
Cover your sneeze or cough with a tissue or your arm.
Forgo shaking hands at church for a wave or a friendly smile.
If you or someone you know tests positive for COVID-19, please let us know so we can find a way to help, pray for everyone involved and take any necessary precautions at Pathway Church. Email us at info@pathway.church
